The Prince's Trust Team Programme is a 12-week full time course, run by Development Training (NE Ltd) and a number of colleges across the country.
During the course, the young people have the opportunity to take part in a one-week Team Building residential delivered by BECKs Development Training.
The typical 5 day residential program consists of problem solving tasks, outdoor activities and team challenges. They are tailored to the individual requests and wishes of the course providers and offer a pool of evidence to document the young people's achievements in a number of required areas to satisfy the Prince's Trust standards.
